Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Gaimchanger Golf gear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@gaimchangergolf.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • All other returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured method — we can't refund items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us — the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@gaimchangergolf.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
