- We make every effort to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately, but we don't guarantee the Site is error-free. Colors may vary slightly based on your screen.
- Prices are listed in CAD or US Dollars and may change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or inventory errors — even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order due to an error, we'll refund any payment in full.

- Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
